- Courts
- Libraries
- Health department
MTA: Holiday schedule, except for special inauguration day service on the MARC Penn and Brunswick lines.
If you happen to be traveling to the Washington, D.C. area Monday morning and afternoon, watch for traffic for President Barack Obama's second inauguration.
