6 p.m.: Planning and Zoning Commission Meeting in room 003 of the County Office Building. Commissioners Richard Rothschild and Robin Frazier will be in attendance. 

Tuesday, Jan. 31

10 a.m.: Closed administrative session. 

1:30 p.m.: Board of County Commissioners open session at the County Office Building, room 311. Agenda items include: 

• Public comment. 
• Request approval for purchase of one new step van for the Carroll County Public Library System. 
• Bid approval - Rental and servicing of portable toilets. 
• Adoption of proposed ordinance amendment to Code of Local Public Laws - Chapter 179, Sewer & Water. 
• Bid Approval - Clipper Hills-Gardenia stormwater management pond retrofit.
• Review and approval of grant application for Homeless Women's Crisis Shelter Program. 

2:30 p.m.: Commissioner Haven Shoemaker attends the Baltimore Metropolitan Council Board Meeting in Baltimore. 

Wednesday, Feb. 1

8 a.m.: Warfield Development Corporation Meeting in Westminster. Commissioners Doug Howard and Dave Roush will be in attendance.

10 a.m.: Maryland Association of Counties Legislative Committee Meeting   in Annapolis. Commissioners Richard Rothschild and Robin Frazier will be in attendance.

7 p.m.: Reese Volunteer Fire Company Dinner in Finksburg. Commissioner Shoemaker will be in attendance. 

Thursday, Feb. 2

8 a.m.: Carroll County Agribusiness Breakfast at Baugher’s Restaurant in Westminster. Commissioner Frazier will be in attendance. 

Friday, Feb. 3

9 a.m.: Ft. Meade Community Covenant Council Meeting in Annapolis Junction. Commissioner Howard will be in attendance. 

11:30 a.m.: Commissioner Howard will attend the Carroll Association of School Employees for the shadow an educational support person event in Eldersburg.

6:15 p.m.: Commissioners Richard Rothschild and Robin Frazier will attend the 201 Celebrate Marriage event Marriage Resource Center in Westminster.
