Carroll County's Inaugural Restaurant Week: Lunch at Liberatore's

Day three of restaurant week finds Patch visiting Liberatore's.

was the site of Tuesday’s lunch as we sample the seven local restaurants taking part in Carroll County Restaurant Week.

Dante Liberatore, owner of Liberatore’s was one of the restaurant owners that suggested the local restaurant week.

"We though it would be good for the town and for local business. It’s the perfect time of the year for it," manager Amy Kovacs.

Liberatore’s has five locations, but Eldersburg was the first, opening its doors in 1988 in the Freedom Village.

The lunch menu for restaurant week is $10.11 for two courses.

"Our signature dishes are our crab cakes and one of the dishes we have had on the menu since we opened, chicken Giovanni. It’s on the restaurant week menu," said Kovacs.

Liberatore’s has a setting for a romantic get together, business meeting or family gathering.

They offer a lunch buffet along with specials and carry out. They also cater offsite and can hold private parties at the restaurant.

Liberatore's is open Monday 11 a.m. to 9 pm, Tuesday through Thursday 11 a.m. to 9:30 p.m., Friday and Saturday 11 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. and Sunday 3 p.m. to 9 p.m.
