County Cooling Centers Closed July 4th
Forecasters have predicted a code green day.
Carroll County government announced that the Department of Citizen Services will not operate cooling centers on Wednesday, July 4.
A county government news release said that forecasters are anticipating a code green day and air quality and temperatures are to be acceptable. If conditions change the Department of Citizen Services will monitor and update this information.
Carroll County public libraries will also be closed on July 4 as well as county office buildings.
