The home, located at 3251 Gamber Rd., is "emblematic of the Anglo-American gentry farm" according to the listing. It has been restored and is on the National Register of Historic Places.

Beautiful, but way overpriced. Maybe if it were in Howard County, it could get the asking price. Not in Carroll County!

Thank you for interesting articles on the Luxury and Historic Home market. It does take awhile to sell this type home if it's priced well. It shows beautifully by the sample of photos.
