Cheyenne Leigh Fitzpatrick was the first baby to be born at Carroll Hospital Center in 2013 and the only baby born at Carroll Hospital Center on New Year's Day.
Parents Lisa and Kevin Fitzpatrick of Hampstead welcomed their daughter shortly after midnight. Cheyenne weighed in at six pounds and 15 ounces according to a hospital spokesperson.
Cheyenne has an older sister named Savannah.
