- Description: 5th Annual Spring Craft Fair. More than 100 vendors, rain or shine. All proceeds support the Liberty High School instrumental music program.

American Red Cross Blood Drive with WPOC
- Where: Town Mall of Westminster, 400 N Center St, Westminster

- Description: T-shirts for all participants and chance to win prizes such as CD's, Monster truck event tickets, and Grand Prize - Kenny Chesney concert tickets.

Maryland and the Civil War: A Regional Perspective
- Description: Annual one-day conference focusing on Maryland's role in the Civil War

- Where: Carroll Community College, Westminster

- Where: Westminster High School, 1225 Washington Road
- Description: Terry Barber is a classically-trained vocalist with an unusually rich, versatile voice and is equally at home in the concert hall, recording studio and opera house.
