"I like Spam. A lot of people like Spam and just don't like to admit it," said Thor Breden, who owns the deli alongside his brother Les.

The deli on Sandosky Road is a family affair; Thor's two daughters and members of his brother's family all get their hands dirty in the family business.

Around five years ago, Thor and his family ran the business for about a year before selling it to pursue other opportunities. But after four years, they decided it was time to come back to the cutting board.

"I always believed in it," said Breden. "The food's good and it's just a fun place."

The deli boasts a number of new sandwiches and a vibrant indoor seating area.

The Big Belly Deli serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, offering customers a variety of options, including fried chicken, eggs, shrimp salad and Italian sausage.
