On March 7, Mark Blacksten, Vice President and Team Manager at M&T Bank, presented Andie Luchini, Manager of the Carroll County Public Schools Education Foundation, a check in the amount of $2,500 for its sponsorship of the organization's 2012 Chocolate Ball.
The Education Foundation provides financial support for innovative programs that benefit local students and enhance the quality of education in Carroll County Public Schools.
