Carroll County Christmas Farmers Market

• Where:  700 Ag Center Drive, Westminster
• When:  Saturday, Nov. 24, 8 a.m. – 2 p.m.
• Description:  This is the fourth date of the 7 Saturday Christmas Market season.

15th Annual, Festival of Wreaths

• Where:  Carroll Arts Center, 91 West Main Street, Westminster
• When:  Saturday, Nov. 24 – Saturday, Nov. 1, 10 a.m. – 7 p.m.
• Description:  Silent auction of hundreds of uniquely decorated themed wreaths. High bidders need not be present at auction close.
• Cost: Free

Shop with a Cop Fundraiser

• Where:  Larry Sheets Players Family Amusement Center, 519 Old Westminster Pike, Westminster
• When:  Friday, Nov. 23, 6 p.m.
• Description:  Larry Sheet's Players Family Fun Night to benefit the Westminster Police Department's "Shop with a Cop" program.  Laser Tag Contest, 1 game of Glo-Golf, and all you can play Bumper Cars, Moon Bounce and Jungle Gym.

Multi-Vendor & Craft Fair

• Where:   Freedom Community Center 6315 Sykesville Road, Sykesville
• When:  Saturday, Nov. 24, 5 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.
• Description:  Homemade crafts & jewelry, raffles, baked goods and more.
• Cost: Free

Pearl Moon Alpacas Holiday Open House

• Where:  Pearl Moon Alpacas 2708 Sams Creek Rd., New Windsor
• When:   Saturday, Nov. 24, 11 a.m. – 4 p.m.
• Description:   Farm Store will be open for Holiday Shopping featuring handmade items and winter clothing. Light refreshments will be offered.

Carroll County Winter Farmers Market

• Where:   Carroll County Agriculture Center, 700 Agricultural Center Drive, Westminster
• When:  Saturday, Nov. 24, 8 a.m. – 2 p.m.
• Description:  Farmers market including crafts, vendors, baked goods and more.
