Tech Camps for Kids in Eldersburg and Beyond
The time has come to sign kids up for Summer Camp. Below are a few local camps that focus on technology education.
Summer Camps are available in all different styles and themes. Here, Patch has rounded up a variety of local technology-based camps available in Carroll County and beyond this year.
Goddard School Summer Program – The Goddard School offers a summer day-camp for kids ages 5-12. Camp will focus on computers, technology and much more.

Carroll Community College Summer Kids at Carroll – Camps will be available June 24-Aug. 9 for ages 4-15. Available programs include technology, performance digital development, robotics, science and career exploration and more.

iD Tech Summer Computer Camps in Baltimore - Towson University hosts a number of day camps, overnight camps and week-long camps for ages 7-17. Kids and teens can pick course topics each week ranging from: video game design, iPhone app development, programming, video editing, robotics and more.

- When: Weekly sessions available from 6/17 – 7/26.

TIC Summer Camp – TIC focuses on a balance between technology and sports. Kids are challenged both physically and mentally as they are instructed in outdoor activities as well as indoor technology instruction.

- DC Campus: Georgetown Day School, High School Campus, 4200 Davenport St., NW Washington DC / Sessions available June 17 – Aug. 9, 8 a.m. – 3 p.m. (extended care offered until 6 p.m.)
- Maryland Campus: French International School, 9600 Forest Rd, Bethesda / Sessions available June 24 – Aug. 16, 8 a.m. – 3 p.m. (extended care offered until 6 p.m.)
- Cost: $825 per session, one-time $75 sibling discount for second child, $100 discount for third child.
