(Updated) Tornado Watch Canceled

National Weather Service has issued the following watch.

The tornado watch for Carroll County and much of the state issued earlier Tuesday has now been canceled.

The National Weather Service issued a tornado watch until 7 p.m. for Carroll County and much of the state.

The watch was issued at 10:55 a.m. Tuesday as severe storms made their way into the area. The most severe weather is predicted to occur from noon to 6 p.m., according to NWS.

Other counties under the tornado watch include Anne Arundel, Howard, Frederick, Montgomery, Baltimore, Harford and Prince George's as well as Baltimore City.
