Town of Sykesville to Honor Sandy Hook Elementary Victims Friday Morning

Twenty-six people lost their lives at Sandy Hook Elementary in Newtown, CT last Friday.

 

On Friday, December 21 at 9:30 a.m. the Town of Sykesville will honor the 26 innocent victims who lost their life at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown CT. 

St. Paul’s church will ring the church bell and Sykesville's public works employee’s will blow the air horn 26 times for the 20 children and 6 adults who were shot and killed.

According to a Sykesville news release, this will be part of a nationally-observed Day of Mourning in honor of the innocent victims of the recent school tragedy.
