Working out can be healthy, rewarding, beneficial, but it has never been known to be much fun; until now. Zumba fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic workout system that will blow you away.
The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you've got ZUMBA! All levels welcome.

Located at 6400 Ridge Road in the front of Carrolltown Center, next to Kmart.
Freedom Fitness is an affiliate of the non-profit Freedom Area Recreation Council, in cooperation with Carroll County Recreation and Parks. A portion of the dollars from your registration fees goes directly back into Freedom Area Recreation Council to support new programs, pay for field maintenance and support area scholarships in your Sykesville/Eldersburg neighborhood.
