Want to eat healthy, lose weight and keep the pounds from coming back? Take part in this special program ad learn how. Limited to 20 participants, this program includes weekly meetings, a 12-week Merritt membership, and a comprehensive pre- and post-program evaluation.
To be eligible, participants must be at least 21 years of age, have at least 20 pounds to lose and have a body mass index (BMI) over 30. They also must exercise at least three times per week at the Merritt Athletic Club in Eldersburg, Md., attend group educational sessions every Thursday evening, have blood drawn at Carroll Hospital Center’s Eldersburg Med Lab and obtain a physician’s consent.
A basket of prizes will be awarded to the winner.
Registration deadline is Friday, July 20th, 2012
