American Girls: Tiny Treats - Registration

The Taneytown Branch of the Carroll County Public Library is hosting an American Girl Tea Party for Ages 6-12. Refreshments will be served. Registration begins 12/15/2010. The program takes place 12/29/2010 at 2:00 p.m.
