Jams Music Center Changes Owners, Hosts Grand Re-Opening

The local music store, now located in the Carrolltown Center will host a grand-reopening event in March.

Looking for a place to perform your latest song in Eldersburg? 

Jams Music Center, under a new name, new management and recent renovations is looking to be that place, bringing music artists together under one roof. 

The center in Eldersburg moved across Liberty Road into the Carrolltown Center late last year, but under a recent management change, new owners Mona and Jay Freedman have decided to make the "music store" into a "music center," with renovations to the stage and teaching areas.

"My husband and I have become new co-owners to bring music activities, concerts and music lessons back Eldersburg and Carroll County," said Mona Freedman. "We are very exited about Jams Music Store." 

The music center will hold their grand re-opening event on March 24 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The event is free and will give visitors a chance to meet the Jams Music Center teachers, learn about new programs, see the instrument teaching areas, performance stage, sound and recording areas.
