Many local restaurants have signed up to participate in the first Carroll County Restaurant Week, bringing local businesses together to showcase the dining options available in the area.
At the suggestion of Dante Liberatore, owner of Liberatore's in Eldersburg and Ken Lurie, owner of Bud's at Silver Run in Westminster, the Carroll County Chamber of Commerce and the Carroll County Department of Economic Development/Tourism Office have partnered to promote one week of affordable dining in Carroll County.
Carroll County Restaurant Week will take place the week of August 21-28, featuring special fixed price menus at local restaurants.
