Eldersburg Chick-fil-A To Open Sept. 26
The new Chick-fil-A location will offer a chance for free food on the first day.
Eldersburg residents and visitors will have a new fast food option starting next week.
Chick-fil-A will open a new restaurant at 6032 Sykesville Rd. on Sept. 26. Normal hours of operation will be from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Monday to Saturday, with breakfast served until 10:30 a.m. It will be closed on Sundays.
The store will feature dual drive-thru lanes, seating for 177—with additional room outdoors—and free Wi-Fi.
The grand opening will include a "First 100" giveaway, which involves giving away a full year of Chick-fil-A meals to the first 100 people in line when the doors open. The line official opens at 6 a.m. on Sept. 25—24 hours before the doors officially open. Read the official rules for the giveaway here.
Chick-fil-A will open three new stores in Maryland this year, with those in Severna Park and Rockville slated to open next month. The chain has 60 restaurants in Maryland, according to a company news release.
Tom McAuliffe, who has 12 years experience with the Columbia restaurant, will operate the new location, according to a release.
