Monroe Barber Shop Owner Dies, Store Remains Open

This corrects an earlier Patch story reporting that the business had closed.

, located in the Monroe Shopping Center in Eldersburg remains open on Liberty Road after closing temporarily. 

Winnie Bullock, the shop’s owner, died Oct. 14 after having worked as a barber for 55 years.

The local business owner also played lead guitar in his band The Country Ramblers.

Services at the barbershop located on Liberty Road, include men’s, women’s and children's haircuts, professional hair styling and hair texturing, among other services.
