St. John Properties, inc. promotes Bill Russell to Director of Acquisitions

St. John Properties, Inc., a full-service commercial real estate development and management company headquartered in Baltimore, has promoted William (Bill) Russell to Director of Acquisitions. Mr. Russell, who joined the organization in 2012 as Director-Harrisburg Mall, has nearly 30 years of diversified real estate experience in the commercial office, mixed-use and residential product sectors.

                          In his new role, Mr. Russell will be responsible for sourcing and evaluating potential land and building acquisition opportunities. In addition, Mr. Russell will continue to oversee the Harrisburg Mall, a one million square foot regional retail project in Pennsylvania.
