2. Sykesville Police Department First Annual Gun Turn-In

The Sykesville Police Department is holding it's first annual gun turn-in today from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The police department asks residents to make their homes safe for the holidays by bringing any unwanted firearms and ammunition to a drop-off point at the Sykesville Police Department. The site will be manned, but no questions will be asked of persons dropping items off. If you request it, a receipt can be provided for your records. Find more information .
