This glimpse into the past looks at mail delivery in 1903 in Carroll County. This video is courtesy of the Library of Congress and was filmed by a Thomas Edison movie crew. The estimated date of the film is August 22, 1903.
Carroll County enjoyed the first complete rural free delivery service in the United States, according to the Farm Museum.
