• Town of Sykesville Offices: Closed Monday, Dec. 26.
• Carroll County Government Offices and Senior Centers: Closed Monday, Dec. 26 as well as Friday, Dec. 30 and Monday, Jan. 2.
• Carroll County Public Libraries: Closed Monday, Dec. 26.
