I will briefly discuss some of the issues facing us in the upcoming General Assembly session such as Health Care reform, the proposed gas tax increase, the protection of the Transportation Trust Fund, and many other issues we are facing in the Maryland Legislature." From the County website: "Carroll County is currently conducting a Transit Development Plan. The purpose of this study is to develop a five-year plan for public transportation services in the County. An important task for this effort is to solicit input from residents concerning their transit needs. This survey is one method that is being used to obtain this important public input."
