4. Scrabble Fundraiser
On Saturday, Feb. 18, from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m., the English Department, the Literacy Council of Carroll County, and the Westminster Rotary Club will host the Second Annual "Scrabble Madness," a charity Scrabble contest.
