1. Board of Education Meeting

The Carroll County Board of Education is holding an open meeting with citizen participation tonight at 5 p.m. Citizens wishing to participate must be in attendance by the beginning of the meeting and complete a blue information card for the Board president.

is holding a campfire for ages 9-adult featuring s'mores and facts about wolves tonight at 6 p.m. Cold weather clothing is recommended. Find more information here. 

3. Board of License Commissioners Meeting

The Carroll County Board of License Commissioners are holding an open session meeting in Room 003/004 of the Carroll County Office Building today at 10 a.m. The agenda will include Case 5623, application of Donna Maire Kraus for a class D beer and wine license for Smokers Catering. 

4. Business Networking Group

Networking Group South Carroll Business Connections meets today from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. The group represents local small businesses in the Carroll County area. Find more information about the group here.

The National Weather Service calls for a 90 percent chance of snow mainly after 10 a.m. with a high near 37 degrees this afternoon, changing to a 30 percent chance of snow this evening with a low of around 26 degrees.
