The Carroll County Board of License Commissioners are holding an open session meeting in Room 003/004 of the Carroll County Office Building today at 10 a.m. The agenda will include Case 5623, application of Donna Maire Kraus for a class D beer and wine license for Smokers Catering.

5. Today's Forecast

The National Weather Service calls for a 90 percent chance of snow mainly after 10 a.m. with a high near 37 degrees this afternoon, changing to a 30 percent chance of snow this evening with a low of around 26 degrees.
