The Carroll County Board of Education is holding the Superintendent's FY13 operating budget hearing with citizen participation tonight at 6 p.m. The meeting will be held in the Charles I. Ecker Boardroom at the Board of Education Offices.

Sykesville dog trainer and Eldersburg Patch blogger Meghan Longhurst is offering rolling registration dog training classes in Westminster. For $150, you receive the standard 6 class package. 4. South Carroll Business Connections Group
