1. War Letters

Members of Thespian Society, the honors society for drama, will perform J. Robert Wilkins’ play War Letters at the International Thespian Society Festival Maryland Conference today at Tuscarora High School in Ballenger Creek. The group will also perform their play at Liberty High School on Jan. 12, 13, and 14, at 7 p.m. A matinee show will also be held at Liberty on Saturday, Jan. 14, at 2 p.m. Tickets for the LHS performances are $5 in advance, or $7 at the door, and are available through the LHS online box office here. 

2. Gate House Museum Open

The Sykesville Gate House Museum is open today from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Find more information on the historic site here.
