1. War Letters

Members of Thespian Society, the honors society for drama, will perform J. Robert Wilkins’ play War Letters at the International Thespian Society Festival Maryland Conference today at Tuscarora High School in Ballenger Creek. The group will also perform their play at Liberty High School on Jan. 12, 13, and 14, at 7 p.m. A matinee show will also be held at Liberty on Saturday, Jan. 14, at 2 p.m. Tickets for the LHS performances are $5 in advance, or $7 at the door, and are available through the LHS online box office here

The National Weather Service calls for partly sunny skies with a high near 46 degrees this afternoon, changing to mostly cloudy skies with a low of around 28 degrees this evening.
