Former Freedom Area Citizen's Council member Ross Dangel brought up the issue. "The lack of public transportation options for Eldersburg's many commuters is I think a major issue for the area," he said.

"I'm talking commuter bus options, which would serve tax-paying Carroll County citizens, who commute out of the county to work every day (but pay taxes here) who might rather save fuel costs and maintenance on their cars, while they sit in the comfort of a new passenger bus with air-conditioning and WI-FI or read the paper or a book on their trip back and forth from work each day."

Do you think public transportation should be something available to Eldersburg residents, or do you think those living in rural Carroll County understand public transportation options may be limited?
