2. in the Community Meeting Room at the New Windsor Branch Library at 7 p.m. The hearing is for the Board's consideration of the Lehigh Cement Companies submission of a petition to the County requesting an expansion of the Mineral Resource Notification (MRN) areas at the New Windsor Quarry. Commissioners Howard, Shoemaker, Frazier, Rothschild and Roush will be in attendance.
3. is being held July 4 - July 9. The dining hall opens at 4:30 p.m. for dinner, outside food stands open at 6 p.m., rides open at 6 p.m. and entertainment begins at 7 p.m. nightly with band Half Serious taking the stage tonight.
