The commissioners are holding two open meetings today:

  • The agenda includes: a triennial update of the Carroll County Water and Sewer master plan and Carroll County Road priorities preparation for Maryland Department of transportation Fall tour.
  • The agenda includes: bid approval review and approval of Title III Grant Contract with Legal Aid Bureau, Citizens Services presentation, recreation and parks presentation 2011 annual report, Department of the County Attorney issues update and a technology services presentation.

The Westminster Library is hosting a for ages 10 through adult tonight at 6:30 p.m. featuring a ghost presentation and walk through Westminster to visit local ghosts and legends.

4. Service Hour Opporunity

The is holding a for ages 12 - 17 at 5:30 p.m. The program includes storytime planning and presentation of storytime. To earn three service learning hours, participants are required to attend both meetings: October 13 and October 27 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

5. Another Rainy Day
