Freedom Fitness Health Expo Brings Fun and Fitness to Carroll County
The annual event is in its ninth year.
Join the Freedom Area Recreation Council and for its 9th Annual Health Expo on Sunday, Jan. 29 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the .
Entertainment will be provided by Stepping Stars Children’s Dance, Heartlight Kids Fitness, Freedom Firestars Baton, Glitterbugs Adult Tap and Jazz, Carroll County Ballroom Dance, FARC Tae Kwon Do, Zumba, Zumba Toning and Zumba Gold Fitness.
There will be parks and recreation program information, free children’s face painting by Young at Art, free blood pressure and health screenings, and free healthy lifestyle Information for the whole family.
