Freezing Rain Advisory In Effect For Carroll County

According to NOAA, a freezing rain advisory means that traveling could be difficult and that drivers should slow down and use caution.

Light freezing rain will spread into the area by midnight and continue until temperatures rise above freezing late tonight. Accumulations up to a trace can be expected. This will cause travel difficulties overnight. Be prepared for slippery roads."
