The Downtown Westminster Main Street Program is holding Midnight Madness – The Holiday Edition, Downtown’s new, late night, holiday retail sales event tonight from 5 p.m. 10 p.m. Stroll through downtown during the event and view the holiday-themed window displays, as downtown businesses get into the spirit of the season.
