Last Chance: Carroll Counts Project Submissions

It's your choice! The Community Foundation of Carroll County is letting community members choose projects to fund.

The Community Foundation of Carroll County has launched an innovative
capital campaign concept that they say is going to transform local giving. And everyone in the community plays a role.

First, local nonprofits must submit project ideas for which they want funding. The deadline for these project ideas is April 1. Visit www.carrollcounts.org to learn about projects requirements and to submit project ideas.

Second, five projects are chosen for the Carroll County residents to support through their votes and dollars.

Third, each of the five projects will receive a portion of the funds raised through the Carroll Counts capital campaign based on the percentage of votes cast by community members.

A portion of funds also goes to support the Community Foundation -- which powers the nonprofit community in Carroll County.
