Last Chance: Transit System Offers Day Of Free Rides
Free bus rides, grocery totes and more Wednesday.
Need a ride? The Carroll Area Transit System is giving them away all day Wednesday, along with several other freebies and chances to win prizes.
The event is part of which highlights the transportation services CATS provides throughout the county all year. Routes include stops in Taneytown, Westminster, South Carroll and Eldersburg to Westminster.

Usually a ride costs $2 per person, and $1 for seniors or the disabled. Children under 6 years old ride free.
