Santa Sock Hop, A Trip to 'Joyland' and More: Five Things Dec. 9

1. A Trip to "Joyland"

in Eldersburg will hold its annual Children’s Christmas Program entitled, "Joyland," a musical of a toy store in which the toys come to life, "spreading the true meaning of Christmas to all." About thirty children from ages five to thirteen years of age, with preschoolers as angels, have been practicing their songs and lines since October. The performance starts at 7p.m. and admission is free. More information can be found .
