Severe Thunderstorm Watch, Flash Flood Warning for Carroll County

A flash flood warning is in effect until 6:45 p.m. and a thunderstorm watch is in effect until 9 p.m. tonight.

The National Weather Service has issued a flash flood warning and thunderstorm watch in effect for Carroll County.

Rainfall amounts of one to three inches are expected leading to possible flooding in the area, according to NOAA, which has issued a flash flood warning until 6:45 p.m. tonight. 

A severe thunderstorm watch is also in effect until 9 p.m. tonight with severe showers, thunderstorms, large hail, damaging winds, and heavy rain expected through the evening.
