Friday, we can expect temperatures to peak in the mid-80s this afternoon. How hot things actually get plays a role in how likely thunderstorms are, according to the weather forecast, which calls daytime heating “the biggest nemesis” in the past few days as far as forecasting these storms.
A 60 percent chance of rain continues over night, when temperatures drop to the mid-60s.

Expect more thunderstorms Saturday evening. Otherwise, skies should be sunny and temperatures will reach the mid-80s during the day, dropping to the high-60s at night. There’s a 60 percent chance of rain at night.
Sunday looks the same, with a 40 percent chance of showers during the day, but temperatures a bit milder, 80 degrees. Sunday night there is, again, a 60 percent chance of rain and temperatures dropping to about 70 degrees.
