1. Carroll County Board of Commissioners Public Meeting

The Carroll County Board of Commissioners are holding an open session meeting today at 10 a.m. The agenda includes: public comment, bid approval to provide and install cured in-place pipe for Carroll County Bureau of Utilities requirements, bid approval to provide utilities for closed circuit television and sewer collection inspection services, request to transfer funds to the Bureau of Aging for Carroll Area transit vouchers, and request approval of Carroll County Board of Education FY12 operating budget transfers. 4. County Festival of Trees

The Festival of Trees are on display through Dec. 5 featuring a display and silent auction held to benefit Carroll Hospice. Trees will be on display and up for bid in the main lobby of Carroll Hospital Center. Bids close Monday, Dec. 5 at 6 p.m. The event will include a raffle to win a tree decorated with gift cards from establishments throughout Carroll County. Find more information .
