The annual carnival hits Eldersburg.

The Sykesville Freedom District Fire Department is holding their annual carnival this week. The event is set-up on the carnival grounds behind the station at Route 32 and Freedom Ave.

Special ride nights are Wednesday and Thursday at $17, while Friday and Saturday they are $20 for a wrist band.

On stage this week is Wednesday-Roll The Dice, Thursday-Dean Crawford & Doons River Band, and Friday-Wild Spirits and Saturday-General Store Band.

Fireworks are set for Friday night with Saturday as the rain date.
