i am home bound for now but i like to address the westminster mayor and city council about the proposed renters legislation. it seem like the mayor and city council spend taxpayers money like a bunch of drunken sailors. the only difference is when sailors run out of money, they stop drinking . the mayor and city council keeps on spending when they run out of money. not too long ago the mayor and city council gave us a 14 cents property tax increase . now, they want to take more of our money because of some landlords who do not care for their rental property. the mayor who is in the real estate business should recuse himself from any rental legislation as he knows that proposed legislation for him is conflict of interest. well I guess the mayor and city council have spent themselves broke again and now wants us to bail them out. i say this westminster city voters lets throw them all out at election time
