11th Annual Freedom Fitness and Health Expo

Join Freedom Area
Recreation Council for the 11th Annual 2014 Freedom
Fitness and Health Expo!

This is a free
family-friendly community event that will feature entertainment, family-fun,
food and free health information and screenings.

Information on
countless Freedom Area Recreation Council programs will be available. Programs include children’s dance, Tae Kwon Do, adult fitness, senior fitness, baton,
soccer, baseball, softball, arts programs and more.

The award-winning

RoboCavs will be in the cafeteria from 11-3. The RoboCavs are a school-based

robotics club comprised entirely of 9th - 12th students at South Carroll High

School. The RoboCavs compete annually in the FIRST FTC robotics competition. 

Last year the RoboCavs finished second in the state of Maryland.



There will be a free mini vinyasa yoga class, available to anyone to participate, in the craft room.
