Emerging Trends: Prescription, Heroin, Synthetic Drugs

Keynote speaker, Ken Dickinson, M.S., R.Ph. a national trainer, will be discussing current substance abuse trends and how our youth are effected.
Be the first in our area to preview the Premiere of a national Underage Drinking Video short which features local high school students and was filmed in Carroll County. Doors will open at 5:30pm for information booths and refreshments. Program begins at 6:00pm. Sponsored by Carroll County Commissioners and hosted by the Carroll County Health Department.
