Carroll Hospital Center holding sleep disorders support group

Community residents affected by sleep disorders are invited to attend Carroll Hospital Center’s sleep disorders support group called the A.W.A.K.E. (Alert, Well and Keeping Energetic) program.

Held on a Wednesday in January, March, May, September and November, the program offers attendees education and advice in dealing with their sleep disorders. During sessions participants can share their experiences, find solutions and gain valuable support from others with similar sleep issues in a supportive environment.

Sessions also will feature a display of the latest equipment available to treat sleep disorders as well as door prizes and light refreshments.
