Cat on a Hot Tin Roof

A select group of Liberty Drama Club students will present
the Tennessee Williams classic, Cat on a
Hot Tin Roof
, at the Schnorr Auditorium at Liberty High School, Eldersburg.

One of Tennessee Williams’ best known works and winner of
the 1955 Pulitzer Prize for drama, Cat on
a Hot Tin Roof
, is set in wealthy cotton tycoon Big Daddy Pollitt’s
Mississippi plantation home.  The
Southern family of Big Daddy is in crisis and the play examines the adult
relationships among the family members particularly, Big Daddy’s son, Brick and
his wife, Maggie the “Cat”.

The show will be performed in a very intimate setting with
seating for about 125 audience members onstage with the cast.
