Steve Guthrie, CCPS, to speak at SCBA monthly luncheon

Steve Guthrie, Superintendent of Carroll County Public Schools, will be the guest speaker at the monthly luncheon of the South Carroll Business Association.

Luncheon is $12 for members and $15 for non-members.  Doors open at 11:45.
