One of the places we like to visit just minutes from the house, is Morgan Run.
We go to the lot used by fishermen to park. I like to take photographs and the granddaughters like to work on their skipping stones skills. I was there in the summer and returned again about a week ago.
During the summer I shot with the water stopped, while in the last visit I used a lower shutter speed to capture the flowing water. I like the lower shutter speed, but you have to remember to pack a tripod and a graduated neutral density filter.

The filter cuts down on the amount of light going to the camera, which is nice on a sunny day. I hope to go back soon before the last of the leaves fall.
