Fall Fog at the Liberty Reservoir

I have stated in the past that I like to shoot photographs in the fall. One of the reasons presented itself this week at the Liberty Reservoir.

A cold night will create fog on the water in the morning due to the temperature difference between the air and the water. I also shot the sunrise at Liberty this week with a hint of color as the trees are starting to turn. But the main focus was the fog.

The ducks and geese were swimming through the wisps of fog as they rose off the water. It is so quiet and pretty, sometimes I have to remind myself to take pictures.
